"American Fingerstyle Guitar Master" Duck Baker will come over to Japan in June 2010 since his last Japan tour of 2004. His music, which is based on the surpassing techniques and the profound feeling of root & traditional music, ranges from jazz, celtic music, gospel, blues, oldtime music, african music and originals. His newest CD "The Roots & Branches of American Music" (2009) is the great fingerstyle guitar music album, which he could achieve because he has explored rarefied musicality and ultimate fingerstyle approach for long years.
Well-known Japanese fingerpicker Tokio Uchida will tour with him as a host guitarist. He is the producer of TAB Guitar School. Celtic fingerstyle guitarist Toshihide Tenma will be featured for the Osaka show (June 19th) as a guest. And worldwide banjo player Yoshihiro Arita will appear on the Tokyo show (June 20th).
