We deal in various import videos, CDs, books, etc. of such companies as Stefan Grossman's Guitar Workshop, Inc., Mel Bay Publications, Homespun Tapes and Music Sales, as well as products of our own label. The details of imports are introduced in our mail-order catalog (60 pages, w/explanation of the contents) in which all of handled goods are inserted.
We periodically send our mail-order catalog to the customers using our mail order. Regarding a customer who use it for the first time, we will enclose the newest catalog along with purchases at the time of shipment. If you want to get the catalog for the time being and you live in Japan, please send 200 yen of stamps to the following address. But please note our catalog is mostly written in Japanese. The latest catalog is #22.

*In case that you order by the following methods of (1)-(3), postage doesn't depend on areas where you live and quantity of purchases. Please add 600 yen for postage per order.

*Please compute the total amount at the price with tax for each Japanese domestic product. For imported materials, we only indicate the price with tax.
*Basically our company commissions Yamato-Takkyubin for delivery. If you hope for the night delivery (PM6:00~9:00), please assign it when you order.
*On "Order Page", we prepare the order form which can be sent through internet. But you can order also by fax, mail or postal transfer, etc. In those cases, the order form don't need to be one we have prepared. But please write correctly: "YOUR NAME, YOUR ADDRESS, YOUR TELEPHONE(FAX) NUMBER, ITEM DESCRIPTION that you want to order" on it.
*If you use the browser such as "Netscape Navigator 4.04", etc. which aren't linked with a mailer, you can't send the order form from "Order Page". In such case could you please send directly us an e-mail where same things are entered.
*We will send an return e-mail for the confirmation to the customer who have ordered from "Order Page". When you don't receive the return e-mail from us within even two or three days, the order form may not have reached us. So, in such cases, please refer to us by e-mail.
(1) In the case of cash registered mail
Please send the total amount of your order plus postage(600
yen), along with an order form where "NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE(FAX)#,
ITEM DESCRIPTION" are entered. On arrival of remittance,
we'll send you your order. But if you have ordered from "Order Page", you can
only write "I have ordered from your web site".
(2) In the case of postal transfer
Please enter "NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE(FAX)#, ITEM
DESCRIPTION" on message space of the postal-transfer
paper and remit the total amount of your order plus postage(600
yen) to the following postal account. On arrival of your transfer
paper, we'll send you your order. If you have ordered from
"Order Page",
you can only write "I have ordered from your web site".
The arrival of the postal-transfer paper takes 3-10 days but the
charge for remittance are lower.
Please send us an order form where "NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE(FAX)#, ITEM DESCRIPTION" are entered by fax or mail. Or you can also send it from "Order Page". If you transfer the total amount plus postage(600 yen) to the following bank account, we'll send you your order on the confirmation of your payment.
*Though we are making efforts to keep a stock of items appearing on the cat., if any of your order are out of stock, we'll send you the stock items ahead of "out of stock" items. And then we'll send you the remains on their arrival at our expense for postage. Since our company restocks monthly, even in such case, you don't have to wait for their arrival for a long time except for the case that the makers run out of the stock. And if we have the items which we are planing to sell and the prices have been fixed, you can order them. We'll send them on their arrival.
(4) In the case of C.O.D.
Please send us an order form where "NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE(FAX)#, ITEM DESCRIPTION" are entered by fax or mail. Or you can also send it from "Order Page". Please pay the total amount to the deliverer on arrival of your order. We'll add 900 yen as the postage and the charge for COD.
*In the case of COD, if any of your order are out of stock, we charge only the amount of items which can be sent (plus postage & the charge for COD) and send the stock items. And we'll send the "out of stock" items on their arrival by COD again. But if you can pay the total amount including the "out of stock" items at our first delivery, we'll send them on their arrival at our expense for postage. So, please assign it on your order. (In such case, you pay the postage & the charge for COD only once.)
*Please send the total amount of your order plus postage & handling (2,000 yen), along with an order form where "YOUR NAME, YOUR ADDRESS, COUNTRY, TELEPHONE(FAX)#, ITEM DESCRIPTION that you want to order, e-mail address(if you have)" are entered. For your payment we accept International Money Orders or Bank Check payable to the order of TAB Ltd in Japanese yen. On arrival of remittance, we'll send you your order by EMS (reliable and fastest air-mail). But you live in the country where we can't send the order by EMS, we will send in the other way (postal air mail).
*If you have a bank account in Japan, it is convenient to use Bank Transfer with Internet Banking. Our bank account is the following.
*Or, on "Overseas Order Page", we prepare the order form which can be sent through internet. You can also order by e-mail or by fax (+81-3-3372-6465). But in any case we send your order after we receive your payment. Please understand this.
